Apple walnut coconut bread
Ingrediants
3 apples (cut them into small cubes after step 4. If you don’t like the feel of apple cubes, you can grate them into very tiny pieces)
1/2 cup of walnut (or more you like walnut!) Cut them into smaller pieces.
100g coconut flour, 100g self-rising four (gluten free or not), 45g sugar, 1g salt
20g melted butter (or coconut oil)
2 large eggs
2 tsp orange vanilla extract
150g Milk/ other non-dairy milk
Step
Preheat the oven 180 degree Celsius
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Pour in melted butter (if you use coconut oil, make sure they've liquefied)
Beat the eggs and slowly pour them into the mixing bowl (mix till no clumps!)
Cut the apples (don’t do it too early otherwise they will oxidise)
Pour in apples and walnuts
Slowly add in milk and keep mixing.
Put baking paper into your tin and pour everything in there
Wait for 50min-1hour. Use a fork/toothpick to check it they’re still sticky. If not, it’s done!
